In criminal conspiracy with the defendants in a civil wage claim action filed by Longmont Colorado Homeowner, Craig D. Buckley, Broomfield ,CO attorney Daniel T.
Goodwin swore simultaneously before both the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor that neither had jurisdiction over Buckley's wage claim, because the matter was before the other. Buckley was denied his Due Process right to pursue his wage claim under C.R.S. 8-4-110(2), as a result of Goodwin's criminal act. This fact was coroborated by Dream Stone Marble & Granite Vice President Ronald Murphy in sworn testimony before the Weld County Court: https://goo.gl/RhDXqM Legal analysts with whom Buckley has consulted agree that Goodwin's actions constitute Class 4 Felony Attempt to Influence a Public Servant.
All criminal actions by Goodwin have been aided, abetted, and compounded by Congressman Ken Buck, Boulder District Attorney Stan Garnett, Colorado Deputy Attorney General John Lizza, and Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann. Buckley is presently seeking Daniel T.
